어컴퍼니는 이번 앙코르! 더프리뷰에 이선경 작가의 솔로 부스를 마련했다. 이번 전시에는 특히 콩테로 수없이 긋고 칠하기를 반복한 종이 작업만을 선보인다. 스스로를 모델로 삼아 끊임없이 관찰하고 표현해 온 이선경 작가는 예술이라는 거울을 통하여 자신을 바라보고 점검하면서 내면 깊은 곳에 해결되지 못한 트라우마를 스스로 치유하는 과정을 자화상으로 담고 있다. 작품 속 기묘한 아름다움을 통해 예상치 못하게 장기화된 COVID-19라는 삭막한 현실과 어려움 속에서 이선경 작가가 건네는 진심 어린 위로를 전하고자 한다.

In particular, the exhibition will showcase only paper work that has been repeatedly drawn and painted with a contraption. Lee Sun-kyung who has constantly observed and expressed herself as a model, reflects the process of self-healing through the mirror of art and examines herself, which has not been resolved deep inside. In the midst of the stark reality and difficulties of COVID-19, which have been unexpectedly prolonged through the strange beauty of the work, we would like to convey the sincere comfort that Lee Sun-kyung gives.
